I have been working in this beautiful gated community for over 5 years now. In this time I have the pleasure to get to know the residents of Tapadera Estates very well. So well in fact that when I book showings at Tapadera I find it's best I give myself an extra half an hour or so just to be able to catch up with the neighbours on the streets.

This Gated Community is made up of over 200+ fully serviced, Strata Title Lots. Most of which are either RV lots or Manufactured Home Lots approximately 33x50 feet, with one row of Cottage lots that are 50x100 feet and back a beautiful green space. You may be wondering what Strata Title Property means, as it isn't often mentioned along with RV or Manufactured homes.
Quite often we see shared ownership or pad rental situations in other communities such as this.
