John --- isn't all or should I say shouldn't everything start from the ground up than come from the top?
Micheal we want to see more pictures and minutes of the meeting in a compress Blog Post:) My take you know what generally comes from the top ends up being out in the ocean vs the ground up do not end up in the ocean:))
