Andrew, Rentals are very cheap in your area. Ours would run $1000 to $2000 for the same thing.

Yes, rentals are very affordable in our area. Wilkes-Barre is actually in the top 20 places in the US for housing affordability.

Wilkes-Barre is an excellent place for Real Estate Investors! And Mr. Trevino is one of the top ones to work with.
