We had another good long weekend here in the mountains and the conditions did not disappoint – good snow and clear skies were in full effect. I was also pleased to see a large number of prospective Buyers through my Sunday open house at 94 Glaciers Reach. The majority were from the lower mainland but I did have some visitors from further parts of the globe. I always enjoy talking to visitors to get a feel for how they are enjoying Whistler. From the responses of people I talked to on Sunday, Whistler is mading a great impression.
In the past 7 days we had 20 new listings, 11 price reductions and 12 sales take place. This compares to 21 new Listings, 27 price reductions and 12 sales that we saw the previous week.

One complex that I feel offers a good location, allows nightly rentals and full owner use, and provides affordable on-site rental management is Town Plaza. This week we have seen two more 2 bedroom units sell in the complex at very good prices. Unit 225 is a 786sf unit that needs some TLC but rents well and 315 which is a nicely renovated 645sf 2 bedroom 1 bath unit facing Blackcomb.
