Yes, again, I will be hosting the Radio show LIVE in Baltimore.

The show is always fun and I never know who is going to call in or what topic will arise. It also helps the host Terry Stafford and Dave Meurer to have a life. Fifty two weeks equals a lot of Sundays.

I invite the Active Rain members to listen in if you are up early enough on this December weekend! Here is a chance to tell the world about Active Rain and our active group of Real Estate Pros!

I have had good results from the Rainers who have both listened and called in.

Being the weekend before Christmas, I have a feeling it might be quiet.

Margaret, I have listened to that show many times if I am out and about in the car. I will try and make it a point to tune in on Sunday. Good luck. Have plenty in mind to say just in case the call ins are slow. It is a lot of time to fill but I am sure you will be up to it. Remember, How is the Market "UNBELIEVABLE!"

I hope I can catch the show Margaret! I have showings that I am scheduling but hopefully I can do them after 1pm.

I remember the interview yu did with me from last year and please tell Terry it was nice to talk to her as well as you about the market...much has changed since then. Big difference from last year ...too bad I can't hear what I was predicting then...Happy Holidays!

Margaret, The show is about to end. You did great. The subject was well covered and something I will keep in mind if I need it

Good Job... If it was a subject I could have contributed to I would have called in but have no experience with sellers using an auction service instead of traditional marketing.

Not really but you could cut out the segment plugging ActiveRain and blog about it for a guaranteed 200 points! Heck.... that should be unique enough for a featured 400!
