Housing prices in Sherwood Park have been bouncing around throughout the winter.  The average sale price of a home in Sherwood Park is slightly less than last month, about 2% less, but the number of homes sold is up.  I expect prices for homes in Sherwood Park to rise slightly as spring sets in.  The number of homes on the market has also increased this month.   Of interest, in terms of real estate in Sherwood Park, is that the average asking price is significantly higher than the average sold price, indicating that many people have priced their home higher than they can expect to sell.
