Wow Neal, Is it me or is that a lot of rentals? I know in my area we have plenty. Great idea for a post.

Neal - you sure have a alot of rentals available, at least it seems that way. Is this pretty consistent or have things shifted with the changing market? Seems to be a fairly wide price range.

We're seeing more and more homes being offered for rent rather than for sale. Reminds of 1994....yuck!!!

It's a lot for some but seems like normal for now. But many people tell me in order not to lose their homes at least they can carry them until the market picks up.
