Hi Teri, I love all these wooden carved bears and I remember a couple years ago you had several of these in your posts. I saw my first ones in Truckee on the way over to Reno Nevada. They are really enjoyable to see.

In Southern California we had a black bear that was roaming the suberbs a few days back.  He was on a walkway doing his thing, when a guy who was busy texting while out for his walk.  When he came face to face with the bear, there was this hilarious startled reaction caught on tape.  The video has gone viral:  http://www.ktla.com/video/viral/ktla-bear-face-to-face,0,689960.htmlstory
