EACH LOUDOUN COUNTY HOME INTERIOR HAS IT'S ON PERSONALITY, We like to get to know Loudoun County homes and Loudoun County home buyers.

Knowing Loudoun County homes helps us find just the right home for our buyers.

Some things to consider when looking for home to show a buyer are:
Home Location.
This is critical since most home buyers are going to need proximity to their employment.
Home Price.  Everyone has a budget and we need to know our buyer's comfort level for mortgage payments.
Home Size.  How many in the family?  A family can be just one person, but what are their needs for square feet?
Home Floor Plan.  Does the buyer need a finished basement?  Perhaps they need a home all on one level.
Community Amenities.  Many buyers are looking for homes in communities with pools, tennis or tot lots.
Proximity to Shopping.  Large families have less time to travel for groceries and other necessities.
Urban or Rural Living.  Is a buyer prepared for the responsibility of the large lot?  Or, do they prefer city living?

For home buyers who prefer the urban life style including small town living, consider
Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg, South Riding and Purcellville.

For home buyers who prefer a rural life style, consider
Waterford, Lovettsville, Round Hill, Middleburg, Aldie, Hillsboro, and the Leesburg suburbs.

Waterford is a favorite of mine, and I noticed that you have posted some gorgeous photos of the place.  It looks like something out of that movie "Doc Hollywood".  And you point is right on that there is a rich diversity of architecture, history and life style.  Then there is all the history!

There are all the important criteria that buyers seem to focus on. Well done, Lenn. Sounds like YOUR area also has something for everyone. I love your maps!!

Yes, Loudoun is a fantastic place.  I have seen some of the most beautiful homes out there.  And, as Jeff said; you do have the best maps!
