Just Sold in McCormick Ranch!

 

Think nothing is selling in the current Scottsdale AZ Real Estate market?  I don't blame you, given the beating the industry has taken in the press over the past 6 months.  As is usually the case with the media, there is a good deal of truth to the reports, but a fair amount of sensationalism as well.  Those national and statewide sales statistics that are so cavalierly thrown around are interesting, but not necessarily pertinent to you.  If you are interested in buying or selling a home in McCormick Ranch, are you really overly concerned with data that incorporates the bloodletting that is going on in the far reaches of the Valley?  The swoons in Maricopa, Surprise, Anthem, etc are interesting to track, but do not reflect the current happenings in the McCormick Ranch market.  To be sure, the market is not what it was in 2005.  More properties are on the market, and fewer are ultimately selling.  However, McCormick Ranch is still one of the most desirable places to live in the state.  While the current level of inventory remains higher than normal, Scottsdale's finest planned community remains a destination of choice for homebuyers.  We know how to tap into that demand.  Selling McCormick Ranch since 1974, in good markets and in bad, Ray & Paul are ready to go to work for you!
