I believe that the fico system is unfair
so many people wrote to tell me that i could just forclosure on them rite after i give them the mortgage
i guess this blog is for the people that don't understand the way ficos work
*just have one late payment..fico goes down
*to much credit but are able to make your payment but the credit company says your a risk
*co-signer makes a late payment
*lost your job...takes time to get back on track..but you do and you have a few lates
* death in family or someone gets sick...throws you off for a little while
*your husband or wife leaves you....
you could have make you payment perfect for years then just one to two payment late
your !@#$%^&*()_
Fico system is not fair
then you have a 21 years old
makes 24000 year, 2 credit cards(2 years old...he has a fico of 720
That"s why we have all these forclosures...people with great ficos getting mortgages they should not have
fico system sucks
Do i sound mad...good i am( and i don't care if anything is spelled wrong)
