Satar, Hopefully you can make the next Meet-Up in Orange County. The ActiveRain Staff always writes a post about when and when they are happening. I can't speak for the others, but I'm NOT registered for Meet-Up.com, although it looks like a fun place to meet people. Best wishes always.
Iris, It was great to meet you and Cecelia too. I wish that I didn't have to leave when I did, because I really start to relax and open up more after that 2nd beer. That's probably a scary thought since you know how relaxed and open I already was. ;-)

Debb, Cheers to you too! The video is just another quick and easy Animoto project, that I still think works well for presenting this type of event coverage. I don't usually play with photos, except for adding frames, lighting, cropping and re sizing, but I also liked the drawing effect. Your photos are always especially beautiful. Looks like you guys had fun - and the food looks so delicious! We are having our meet up tomorrow night and I am looking forward to meeting some of my fellow rainers there.

Mike, This was one of the most fun AR Meet Ups that I've attended. Unfortunately, I just missed out on the most recent one because I didn't know about it.
