Cambridge Grove is a relatively small neighborhood in Huntersville, with approximately 275 homes that were built in large part from the mid 90's until 2003.  Cambridge Grove offers a club house, playground, pool, recreation area, and tennis courts.  It is also located within walking distance to shopping and dining.  This community is within a mile from Birkdale Village and interstate 77.

Currently there are 4 homes listed on the Multiple Listing Service with an average list price of $255,700 and HLA (heated living area) of 2,099 square feet.

Within the past 6 months 10 homes have sold in Cambridge Grove.  On average, sellers received $239,650, which was 98% of their asking prices.  It's good to be a seller in Cambridge Grove!  The DOM (average days on market) of these homes was 59!
