Easter Monday I offered to watch two of my grandchildren. I have never have been to the Cecil County, Maryland ~ Plumpton Park Zoo. Eight miles from the house, I thought it would be a great outing. So off we go not knowing what to expect.

I have to say what a pleasant surprise we all had!

They have some great petting animals.

Very friendly staff and clean environment!

Very affordable to visit!

They also have some big boys and girls also!

If you live in Cecil County, Maryland

Plumpton Park Zoo is a place you should spend some time!

it is nice that they can come so close and even touch some animals. We have a big Zoo in LA, when my girl was llittle we used to go there often....
