These stats are for the 5 counties served by our Multiple Listing Service and are for residential properties only, not including lots/land and provided by our Western NC Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Inventory is slightly higher as sellers enter the regions housing season. We're pleased to see more properties SOLD and only a relatively few more days on the market overall.
It's still a buyers market but things are starting to look up a little more for sellers. Buyers still have a great selection to choose from including short sales and foreclosures which generally take some patience as they can be slower moving to a Closing. Low interest rates continue and I can't imagine a better time for buyers/investors in a position to purchase than now. Come see what all gorgeous Western NC has to offer.
