The President signed two documents this week - an extension of tax relief on Mortgage Insurance and an abolition of tax on forgiven loans.

We will be looking at why Florida Governor Charlie Crist has hired three trial lawyers to look at the insurance companies appear to be ignoring new law passed in the State last January designed to cut rates. Against that back drop, AllState plan to appeal the State's rejection of their 41% average increase demand!

And why is the White House being asked to produce documents regarding Fannie Mae? Conspiracy theory or real problem?

Finally and under the heading of "are you kidding me?" we discuss a lawsuit filed by small barrier island property owners trying to invalidate the designation of 6,200 acres as "protected beach mouse habitat". Uh huh. Nope. I'm not kidding!
