YOUR HOME IS YOUR CASTLE

As I travel throughout Scotland this week and touring some of the most outstanding castles, I cannot help but think like a real estate agent. Hmm, I wonder what one of these would cost always crosses my mind as I go through these incredible estates. These castles are straight out of a fairy tale!
As I tour each of these castles I am reminded of the "castles" that I sell back home. Now certainly they are not the medieval structures that I am seeing here but they are none-the-less important structures to us. Our homes are the places where we make memories with our families, relax, unwind and gather our thoughts.
The enormous castles that I am touring all have maintenance issues, tax issues as well as huge up-keep issues. Imagine trying to maintain a castle? The owners of these castles all have these things to consider each and every day.
For me, I am glad that I do not live in a castle like I am touring here. I am glad that I live in my comfortable home back in Texas. It is my castle and I love it!
Are you looking for your next "castle"? If so, let me help you find the perfect one! I assure you I won't show you anything drafty and with a dungeon!
Call me today and let's find your "castle"!
"Have you fully lived today?"

Paula,
Cherise's dad had many friends who owned castles in Hungary. And yes, the daily decisions about maintaining these places made all the difference financially for those families and the generations that followed... g
I love my castle. I love it when I will get it wholly mine too!
Gordon, that is very cool about a Hungarian castle. I bet it was impressive. They are daunting yet so incredible. The workmanship is to be marveled.
Loreena - you are living the American dream. We are so fortunate to be able to help others get to this point in life. What a privilege.
