Hi Barbara-I would love to sell new construciton...for some reason, have had no luck doing it! Maybe 2012 will be my year to sell a new home to a buyer.
Brenda.... maybe you just didn't have the right buyer at the time you showed it.....once you sell your first couple of new homes, you'll want more....
Barbara, What you said sounds great. I can not imagine any agent worth his or her salt that does not keep up with all the inventory in their niche!

Homebuyers are seeking out to build again. Certainly, a good sign of the economy.
Hi Barbara. We need the new home prices to increase existing home's values.
Everyone loves a new home. Help them visualize the finished product and they will love you forever! I hope you have a good day.

Rene.... I have to say, Lorraine does a fantastic job of guiding buyer agents and their clients through the new home purchasing process....
Rob.... yes, it will be a major portion of their future income....
So true Barbara, my buyers want new construction in the low end of $300ks and there just isn't any...unfortunately we still have a glut of inventory here..
We starting to gear up on the new construction sightings, but prices are still high by 15-35% more.
Ginny....we are all sold out and now we're pre selling and have to wait for construction to be completed....
Winston.... prices of new homes have dropped to astronomically low figures.....
