I spent the day on property working on listings. The folks that own this property are out of town. When I went to take pictures I was greeted by this lonely fellow. He wanted a treat and some attention. I had a really hard time getting house photos because he kept getting in front of me. He was very persistant that he wanted a treat. Rubbing behind his ears was not sufficient. I need to put horsey treats in my bag of tricks.

He looked like a keeper from the photo. I can not tell from the photo but appears to be in the 14 to 15 hand neighborhood. Nice post and photo Vicky.
