Home sales in Ascot have been very slow representing a highly stable market with only 1 sale in 2011 and 1 sale in 2012.  Value wise, support is at $117.51/sf in 2011 and $109/sf in 2012.  However, there is a pending listing in 2012 listed at $124/sf, see details below.  $124/sf is very strong for this market and shows buyer confidence in Ascot!  See list of current listings and recent solds.
