The last several days I have been showing out of state Buyers around and we have looked at about 15 houses so far. We will see 10 more this afternoon. As always, we start generating a top 3 list and measure all houses we see against those three.
Well, the top home we saw Saturday has been talked about by my Buyers back and forth and they wanted to go take a look again today, but bang!, someone else pulled the trigger before we did. I have been having this conversation with all my Buyers recently. If you see a home you like, you had better pull the trigger quickly. If you want to keep looking around, you ARE going to lose the one you like. The market is definitely turning. The good ones are starting to move quickly.
So, when do you pull the trigger and make an offer n the house you like? NOW! Or it may be taken by someone else.
