Ozark Veterinary Clinic - One of the Bestozark vet

When we moved to Missouri one of the priorities was finding a good vet for our cat and dog. Since our cat is an FIV cat and the heart worm issue was such a new concept to us in this part of the country, we really wanted to find a great vet. We tried a couple when we first got here and nothing really stood out as exemplary until we found the Ozark Veterinary Clinic.

Literally within walking distance this was the place to be and everyone we knew agreed. I first learned about them when our neighbor said they took their dog there and couldn't afford the shots so the vet gave them the medicine to give to the dog themselves saving them about $200! (Now while that's probably not legal, I though the care over someone's finances was amazing). That same neighbor just had to put that dog down this week and they let her and her daughter in the room, hold on to their dog and take as much time as they needed. They also allowed them to pay for the procedure ahead of time so they could simply slip out the back door and go home when it was over. They were very concerned about their emotions and I was impressed.

They also helped me save money last year when the fleas got so bad and they recommended home remedies that worked rather than just trying to sell me stuff. The love that each one of the nurses and staff have for your pet is unbelievable and you really get the sense that they love what they do. 

Being in Ozark, they also help farms and cattle as well. They are truly a one-of-a-kind health clinic for your pet. I am sure I get the best care and honest advice every time and they are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about almost anything pet related. 

If you live in Southwest Missouri, the Ozark Veterinary Clinic is my choice for top-notch pet care.

Tammy, showing the personal side of decisions that a vet clinic makes like worrying about saving someone money is PHENOMENAL.

NOW, as to the flea issue, which I have read about in two of your posts, an EASY solution that really works:

Borax, powder, sprinkled on carpets, leave for 3-5 days, then vacuum up. My husband learned of this many years ago from a Florida vet and we have used it, but not needed to for years. It's cheap, no side effects to the animals and EASY TO DO! You shouldn't have  to do it hardly ever, either.

A vet within walking distance?  How awesome is that?  Part of the trauma for the pets is the drive over.  Sounds like a real asset to your neighborhood.
