Everett Washington is changing and if you haven't heard the Port of Everett is going through a major development project that will change the landscape of the current port forever, Port Gardner Wharf. Once only a marina the port now is going to include residential condos, retail outlets as well as giving the marina a much needed face lift. The whole area is going to feel like a totally new place; especially viewing the site plan, for everyone and it will no longer be recognizable from its current look.

Good post, although I missed the pictures!!!  I always try to include at least one picture in these types of posts, but that's just me. Great info. -Charles

I didn'thave any pictures for this post because there really isn't anything to take pictures of just yet. The pre-sales are going on and right now the land is being leveled to make way for the buildings. Construction should be starting shortly and I'll have some pictures soon but I did link to some artist renderings (too bad I couldn't have used one of the those).
