I thank you for the responses but lets remember, it is there prospective house not ours! Never add what you think, let them think! They are the ones buying the house and their taste may be different then yours. This is probably going to be true more than less! If their is only objective is a couple of rooms and decorating we are home free! These are small hurdles to overcome to write the deal! Until it is on paper you are ------------ in the wind!
