I am here to tell you that Gig Harborhas hit bottom… Not only have prices sustained here for the last two quarters, but inventory is down. The amount of new listings that are taken has dramatically declined. This is setting us up for the perfect storm. That means that if this sustains we will see prices begin to rise by the end of the year. You couple that along with the rising interest rates and you may miss the boat!
