Welcome to Roundtree Condominiums, close to the heart of Piermont, New York.
These condos are on either the first floor or the second floor and are 1 bedroom, 1 bath or 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath units.
The square footage of the 1 bedroom, 1 bath units ranges from 658 square feet to 781 square feet.
The square footage of the 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath units ranges from 906 square feet to 1035 square feet.
This complex was built in 1973 and many of the units have been upgraded to include sparkling hardwood floors, kitchens with beautiful, new wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floors, and lovely backsplashes.
The condos are open and airy, light and bright and they have a great deal of closet space.
Each condo has assigned parking in the parking lot and there is ample visitor parking too.
As you can see from the picture above, if you live on the first floor there are very few steps to enter your unit. This makes it very convenient when bringing groceries into your kitchen.
Residents share the common laundry facilities that are in the buildings and each condo has an individual storage unit too.
The grounds in this intimate community are kept beautifully as you can see below.
Amenities at Roundtree Condominiums include a playground and an area for picnics and barbecues.
Commuting to NYC is very convenient from this condo complex. There is a bus that goes to NYC and the bus stop is close by.
There are many highways nearby, too, such as the Palisades Interstate Parkway (PIP), the NYS thruway(I-87), the George Washington Bridge (15 minutes from Piermont), the Tappan Zee Bridge (5 minutes from Piermont) which leads to Westchester and Connecticut, the Garden State Parkway and I-287, which lead to Northern NJ locations.
At the time of the writing of this article, there is one 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo on the market and it is listed at $172,500.
One 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit sold between January 1, 2012 and the time of the writing of this article for $155,000. A 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo sold on May 4, 2010 for $222,500.
