Welcome to Tappan Grammar School Condominiums, in Tappan, New York.
These condos are 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath and 2 bedroom, 2 bath units. They range in size from 760 square feet to 1458 square feet. There are one level units and duplexes.
This complex was built in 1983 and many of the condos that have sold recently have been upgraded.
The units are open and airy and they have hardwood floors, skylights, cathedral ceilings and 9 foot windows. Some of them have fireplaces to enjoy on those cold winter days and nights!
Some of the condos have washers and dryers in them and residents can use the common laundry facilities available in this complex, too.
Each condo has assigned parking in the parking lot and a storage bin.
Amenities at Tappan Grammar School Condominiums include a fitness center and a clubhouse with a kitchen.
As a pet lover, I am happy to say that pets are allowed, with board approval!
When living in this complex you can enjoy the public park which is right next to the building and you can delight in living near the quaint and historic village of Tappan, with its lovely restaurants and delightful stores.

Commuting to NYC is very convenient from this condo complex. There is a bus that goes to NYC and the bus stop is close by.
There are many highways nearby, too, such as Route 303, the Palisades Interstate Parkway (PIP), the NYS thruway(I-87), the George Washington Bridge, the Tappan Zee Bridge which leads to Westchester and Connecticut, the Garden State Parkway and I-287, which lead to Northern NJ locations.
At the time of the writing of this article, there is one 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo available and it is on the market for $289,900.
One 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit sold on December 16, 2010 for $225,000 and one 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit sold on May 28, 2010 for $250,000.
