Anita, such great buys above $300k...everyone lately is looking for the ones under $300k but they want them to be the quality of a $500k home...consumers still have not all readjusted a mindset..housing is priced to the market.

Ginny what you stated about the cost of Flood Insurance is sooooooooooo true.  Flood Insurance can easily add $150 - $200 per month to a mortgage payment.
