I agree with Roger....leaving Heather alone may not be the best idea!  I guess it only proves what a committed Realtor you are!   Congrats on the Feature!

Good luck on selling today. Many of hard working agents around the country are doing the exact same thing in finding the right home for those serious and motivated buyers.

Just got in from working myself today and what a beautiful day it was here too!  Congrats on your feature and I am shocked you would choose work over Heather!  Must be all those motivated buyers!!

Beautiful day here in NY too....had appointments before 12:00 so afternoon is off, well thats if you don't consider, searching MLS, Emailing Customers,and blogging on AR as work! I'm ready to take a break, my husband offered a ride on his Ducati, I'd prefer the convertible! LOL

Craig, a gorgeous day here in Florida as well. Hope you sold a house today. I did take the day off - sort of. Just finishing up a couple of contracts and talking to a couple of people who are under contract. Hope you have a great bike ride tomorrow!

Yep, today was a good day here in CT as well, with an offer accepted, a new buyer and a new listing. And those houses can sell themselves if they are in the right location and are priced right

A day off?  Now that is really a challenge for me!  To take a day with no real estate at all hasn't happened in a while.

A day off?  I'm not sure I know what that is.  But if you can do it, please do!

We are lucky we have so much mixture to our jobs that we can get outside showing homes sometimes and not be cooped up inside all the time!

It is true that in our area, most properties sell during the seasons with the best weather.  But you do have to carve out some time for yourself.  Definitely make time for those bike rides.
