John - I use lots and lots of open house directional signs and with other properties open -- I think it created a nice synergy -- condos don't get quite the same attention as single family homes but the visitors yesterday came from a variety of sources which I always find interesting.   You are right, now is the time to have the perfect buyer come together for a transaction.
