I am interested in learning about the first time home buyer programs in Walnut creek. I am technically a second time home buyer until March 31st of this year. It will be three years since I sold  my house in Portland, Or . Iam also interested becasue I will be working out an old int'l relationship that in volves  step -family and kids and would like for them to be able visit have a permenant place to stay. Please sned any information rregardin g your programs thank you . Also info the private schools in thearea.
