Do you have any Rainy Deals working during this Holiday Season?  I am on my fourth Rainy Deal.  Listen to this!  I was on the floor yesterday when the phone rang, and a man from Syracuse New York asked for me.  He Googled Real Estate Agents in Quakertown Pennsylvania, USA, and he found my Active|Rain Profile.  He also found my Active Rain Blog.  He looked through my blog, and found a listing of mine that is now for rent.  He asked to see it, as he would be in Pennsylvania for Christmas.  I actually met him and his family today.  He has already sold his house, and it settles in early February.  He only wants to rent, so he can be near his daughter and his family.

Today, as I met them at the rental, the daughter said, " YOU LOOK JUST LIKE YOUR PICTURE"  HOWEVER YOUR PROFILE PICTURE ON LINE HAS A FRAME AROUND IT SAYING HAPPY HOLIDAYS!  I SEE YOU ARE AN EAGLE SCOUT!"

Wow! How impressive.  These folks had just driven 6 hours to get to see me, and they have already researched me and my listing!  HOW COOL IS THIS?  Active|Rain Really does work.

I already have had a New Listing directly from Active|Rain, which I now have under contract;  I also have a closed listing, and a closed sale to a buyer as a result of Active|Rain.  Now I have a rental as well.
