Diffidence is the new word of the day.

Read the new word of the carefully.  Not that you have done so what do you think it means?  I’ve seen people who possess this problem.  Sometimes I’ve had this problem myself and I think most of us have experienced this problem from time to time.  So if you haven’t guess the meaning of (dif’e dens) is lack of confidence in oneself, marked by hesitation in asserting oneself; shyness.  So now what say you or do you know an agent who suffers from this problem?
