Buckingham Springs Active Adult (55plus ) community in Bucks County homes under $200K

Buckingham Springs is a wonderful active adult community in Bucks County Pa.

It has a heated pool and a clubhouse with card room, exercise room and lots of activities.

I looked up the mls this morning and found 27 homes listed for sale. The lowest list price is $89,000 for a 2 bedrrom home.

There are 11 homes with garage. They range in price from $ $155,000 to $200,000.

There are 2 homes under contract pending settlement. There were 13 homes that sold in last six months. Lowest sale price was $50,000 and highest sale price was $185,500

It is great that they have an adult community like this for retirees.  Buckingham Springs sounds like a great place to live.
