A quick snapshot over the last 12 months shows the average days-on-market for homes that sold is 113 days, average sales price is over $135k, and the sales price to list price ratio of over 94.7%.

Conditions in Perry Georgia remain on the buyers side with nearly 11 months worth of available inventory. Potential sellers must ensure their home is in top shape and their list price is competitive or the home will most likely sit on the market.

Karen...it's a good time to be in the Perry GA real estate market.

Mike...MS Excel and about 2 hours of tutorials got me through.  Now they are ready in under 5 minutes. ;-)

Rebecca...I shoot for the first half of the month so I can get the foreclosure reports out during the last part.  It doesn't always work out that way but I try.
