The weather today was delightful; and many decided to have some fun on the Hudson River, I saw sail boats and other watercrafts.

I was especially intrigued by the couple who setup chairs and threw their fishing line into the Hudson River.  I actually saw the woman catch a fish and she was extremely proud of her accomplishment. She then made a decision to throw it back,  I missed the shot because at that moment I took a phone call.

Yes the Hudson River could be considered the centerpiece of the region.

Good Morning Jennifer

Thanks for the post and gorgeous shot and the Hudson and the mountains. I wish I was there fishing. Seems like a restful, spiritual place. I'm glad she threw the fish back in. I have to keep a camera in the van to capture the beautiful unfolding of Spring. Have a wonderful week and thanks again for getting mine off to an inspired start.

Jennifer,

I've never been a very good fisherman, I'm thinking because I'm not very patient or maybe I was just to fidgety but I love boating!!!!

GM Jennifer - Interesting that she threw it back. I gues the hook in the gill doesn't harm the fish???? Nope, I'm not a fisherwoman.  Maybe a fisher of women (my book you know) but not a fisherman.

Fishing is a huge part of the area in which I live as well. I enjoy it too although I don't get the time to go very often. The Hudson looks like it would be a great place to try a cast or two. Have a great day, Jennifer!
