In the Cedar City Real Estate Market, Willow Wood is another really nice subdivision of mostly starter to move up homes.  It was built in the early to mid 1990's and is North of Canyon View High School.  It is mostly ranch style homes with basements, although there are a few two story homes. 

It is also a nice quiet, most of Cedar City is quiet, it is one of our selling points!  The yards are mainly .20 of an acre. There are currently 3 homes listed for sale in Willow Wood prices ranging from $105,000 to $165,000.

Market Update 4/16/2012:  There is currently 1 home listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service.  It is listed at $25,000.  In the past 12 months there have been 4 home sell.  The price range of the sold homes is $85,000 to $158,000.  There are currently no building lots listed for sale.

Willow Wood continues to be one of the great subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market.  It is a great family subdivision, so it is a great area for first time homebuyers and move up home buyers.
