Pat Tillman was one of the most incredible athletes to wear Maroon and Gold. Tens of thousands of people proudly participate in Pat’s Run each year to honor this fallen soldier. Pat Tillman was tragically killed in Afghanistan on April 22, 2004, and he defines a true American hero.
The 8th annual Pat’s Run at Sun Devil Stadium will be held this Saturday, April 21st 2012. The following information will get you to the event on time and will help you get there without as many parking hassles.

For convenience, you might want to take the METRO light rail line to Pat’s Run, there are two Tempe stations close to the starting line. The stations are probably 3/4 of a mile ( APPROXIMATELY ) from the stating line. Depending on where you park at ASU, the walk from the parking lot wouldn’t be much different. If you use the METRO park and ride lots, they are free and an all day light rail pass is just $3.50. Don’t forget to purchase your pass!
