But we can also say that the notable improvements visible in the market performance over the last 60 days have registered in our own business performance. We realize some of the recipients of this email are actively listed sellers. We cannot emphasize enough "PATIENCE" with your listing. The tide HAS TURNED. We are not ones to use hyperbolic language or false promises, we do not promote our interests ahead of our clients. But if you are seeing a ramp up in your showings but no contracts, that used to mean you were rare on the market, but over-priced; NOW it means you are rare on the market and the buyers are climbing up the price spectrum to find you.
