So Lot 9 has six neighbors? Is that the one mentioned on 6.33 acres? What's the point of that tiny strip except to give access to a pond? I am confused, but then that's my general state of mind. What a lovely parcel, though!

When we divide land here we almost always have one that is perservation.... Keeps it Green here!
