Home Builders

SouthFork Subdivision has several builders and different floor plans to suit just about everyones wish list! 

Royce Builders was one of the first builders in SouthFork and although the builder has since closed, there are several Royce homes for sale in the community.

Another builder, Cervelle Homes, boasts of open floor plans and upgraded kitchens. But perhaps its most popular feature in a Cervelle home is its fantastic garages with multiple conversion options that include garage apartments.
