In Fargo, ND..the middle of April..with the weather being not so shabby...There can be no BETTER way to practice your scripts than to go play disc golf! 

WHAT!? Playing disc golf and practicing scripts at the same time?!?!

Yes, it IS possible. Grab someone on your real estate team, or within your office, and go have a little fun. Get out of the office, and into a FUN atmosphere. How do you practice your scripts?

Practicing scripts as a REALTOR is a very important aspect of our job. If you keep practicing the more comfortable you will feel on the phone, the more comfortable you will feel in person, the EASIER your job will be! 

So take an afternoon, and get OUT of the office, and practice some scripts. It doesn't HAVE to be boring! Have FUN!!!

I don't practice my scripts cause I don't have any.  I just talk to people. I have knowledge and sincerity, that's all I need.

Well I used to think like Leslie and Laura, But then I saw the light. I had a personal couch with Exit Realty Named Bill Nazby that finally talked me into using the script's. He told me talk efeffectively. So I started to use the scripts Bill taught me. I learned them so well that I use them with Sincerity. My production doubled and I became a complete believer. I think the best place to practice is any place you can and to use the script every day. I use scripts at the doors, I use the script at the store. I use it every place.  I believe a good script is how Jesus got his 12 disciples to follow him.

Great suggestion! Practicing scripts doesn't have to be boring - AND combining it with a physical activity promotes retention!
