I think the first Christmas I recall I was probably 6 years old.  I believe I got  a Cowboy outfit with chaps , vest hat,  and 6-shooter cap gun. Dad was a homebuilder then, and we got our first TV that year. A black and white behemoth made by Zenith. We got one channel. I faintly remember watching the "Howdy Doody" Show and "Superman."  What is the first Christmas you remember? Ah come on, close your eyes and think back.

I don't know for sure if I actually recall it but I swear I can. I believe I can recall the first time I smelled new leather cowboy boots. Trouble is I was only three and a half. I know I can remember flashes of it; looking behind the folding wall (room divider/privacy screen) my parents put up to hide the toys and stuff from we five kids. I also got a trike (tricycle) and a Zippy monkey.

Hi Trey:  The first Christmas I can remember was probably when I was about five years old.  I remember lying awake in bed while it was still dark out... knowing that if I got up too early, I might scare Santa away.  And, I remember Howdy Doody very well.  And Buffalo Bob, Clarabelle, Princess Summerfall Winterspring, Dilly Dally and Phineas T. Bluster.  This is all from memory.  But, then again, I cannot remember what I had for dinner yesterday.  Go figure !  Merry Christmas.

Trey, I don't remember my age but it must have been when I was around five or younger.  We were living in my grandmother's house and I remember the tree in the corner of the living room in front of the windows and next to the TV.  I remember seeing the lights on the tree.  Seems I remember snow on the groud, that should narrow it down in College Station.  I remember getting a minature set of dishes for my dolls, so there must have been dolls as well.  I remember the floor plan of the house so well and I was only a child.  Maybe I knew then I was going to be a realtor......it was the old homestead house at the corner of Turkey Creek Road and University Drive across from the airport.  You know the spot.  Merry Christmas.

Kay I forgot to tell you , but we actually lived on Turkey Creek Road when I was about 8.
