An Interactive Floor Plan tool for Realtors

With all the great feedback from Craigsnumber yesterday I thought I'd look for some advice on a new Floor Plan device for Brokers and Agents from Icovia.

I've been in contact with them while they are developing a user friendly software piece that builds floor plans and allows for images of the rooms to be dropped in as a virtual of the room and much more. Check out how it works at http://www.icovia.com/realestate/tutorial/. It looks like a good marketing device but I'm not sure about the lead generator feedback. Has anyone tried it out? I'm interested to find out just how user friendly it is.
