S & S Title Partners is discounting title insurance rates as high at 20% in Palm Beach County.  check them out http://www.sandstitle.com/ Check these people out and tell me if these people are for real. How can they offer such low rates, I thought that title insurance was mandated by the state.

The max rate is set by the state - discounts start after a loan reaches 100k.

I'll certainly check out this company's claims and let you know what I find out.
