past week.
96 Homes have been
listed For Sale this week.
68 Homes have had
Price Reductions
83 Homes are now
Pending
57 Homes have been
Withdrawn from the market.
I have been keeping
my eye out on the properties that have been going up for sale
in the area, and it seems quite a few are heading for foreclosure.
Hopefully, we will see more people shopping for homes who can
take advantage of the current market conditions. There is alot
of inventory, prices have dropped, mortgage rates are not bad,
sellers are offering consessions/credits, and homebuilders are
offering many incentives as well. It is a good time to buy a
home for those who can obtain financing.
