Hi Candace,

Happy Holidays to you!  I'm sorry for not keeping up with what's been goin on with you.  The holidays get harder on you as you get old, like me :)!  But I'm glad to see you made a move and wanted to wish you the very best going into 2008' with your new office.  Your posts all look wonderful and I'm sure that any customer or client that works with you will be able to appreciate your skill and wonderfully giving nature.  Good luck to you and may you have a very Happy New Year!

Paul - Thank you for always encouraging me and for your dedicated support. Had you had your office a little closer to me on the east valley, I am sure we could be working in the same office! Wow-- two full time Rainer's, I don't think your dad could handle that requesting him to hang out in the rain more!

I do believe HomeSmart is a very good move and I look forward to growing with them and them with me! I know one thing, technology smart, the designator broker didn't know much about blogging, so I just might win some points by showing some blogging techniques with the new office, who knows...it might become a real hit!  Happy Holidays to you and yours and may you also have a very safe and prosperous New Year!

Lisa - Thank you.... HomeSmart is not a national company at all however, they are looking at making a franchise now. They originated here in Arizona in 2000 starting with two agents. They are now over 1100 agents... read more   also you can read their corporate site at www.homesmartintl.com

So far they are a great match for me and the technology is one of their highest priorities...I like that of course. Thank you for the well wishes and may you have a joyous and prosperous New Year in 2008!!
