All documents were created online and sent via email or faxed as a pdf attachment and faxed back to my e-fax account. The entire transaction was ready for settlement before John and Kay set foot on the "contiguous 48."
They arrived with children the day before settlement, we did a final walkthrough and settled the next day without a hitch.
