But let me clue you in on a dirty little secret about the real estate industry.

Yep, that's the dirty little secret in the real estate industry. Everybody real estate company will tell you it's all about customer service (and it is), you're just not the customer!

Most real estate companies are in a recruiting war for productive agents, so they offer the "moon and the stars" to attract and to retain real estate agents. They are often willing to overlook poor service to you if it means retaining a real estate agent.

When they think of customer service, they really are thinking about how to keep their agents happy. They let the agent worry about taking care of your needs.

And that is where we are different.

not to mention Clients vs. Customers - don't know it works in your state but agency relationships are geared towards clients not customers.

That's great Chuck, but it is truly rare. I rarely find a company that does anything to support the customer service equation, usually, it is 100% in the hands of the agent.

That might be their dream Doug, but even in the best of times, the majority of real estate brokers are losing money. Each year, they provide less and less, and make even less. Our industry runs on a broken model.
