. . . what does that mean to you? 
  • Whether you are a buyer and/or a seller, you have peace of mind that the final information from the purchase and/or sale of your home is not displayed all over the internet. 
  • It also means that when buyers and sellers are searching online the information that you may find on some search engines is not a hundred percent accurate. You must realize that the information that you find on the different search engines is only as good and accurate as it can be, because of the source of information. It is best to know where and how the different search engines gather their information that they share on the web.
When buying or selling a home it is best for you to consult with your real estate professional about the true picture of the current market conditions in your area!
